Loving Oscar
This is the first wireless weather station that we've found to read through steel siding. We tried 2 others with no luck. This is a great product and we love Oscar. Even my husband looks to see what he is wearing or if he's carrying an umbrella.
WWS-9630TWC-IT Wireless Forecast Station
This is a fairly accurate weather Station. It is the second one of the same brand and model that I have purchased. The first one worked well for about 2 years before the sensor began malfunctioning and began requiring a change of batteries every 2 weeks. For the price it is a decent La Crosse Technology The Weather Channel WS-9630TWC-IT Wireless Forecast Station with Advanced Iconweather station.
My mother loves it
I got this for my mother and installed the sensor for her. I put the sensor in a relatively shaded area on a tree just outside her house. It was easy to put up, came with 2 screws.
She says she puts the main unit in whatever room she wants to and gets a reading from out side. She also likes the humidity reading for inside. Highly recommended.
