GE WB13T10045 Gas Range Oven Igniter Glowbar for Stove

Item is NOT GE and NOT what is pictured
I bought this one from Parts Appliance Chicago because it said it was a GE part and I was willing to pay more for this then the generics out there. Turns out that they are using the GE factory picture, but the part is different. There are two mounting tabs, the wire insulation is not extra thick like the GE part, and it is labeled "1227 Part# ERIG21" which you can buy for $20 many places online. No way am I paying $45 for a $20 imitation. It may work when I install it, but how long will it last?

Works like a charm
If your oven won't heat up but it's getting power and gas, the glow plug is likely the problem. Unless it reaches the right temp, the gas won't flow. This plug fit our oven perfectly, and it was about half an hour to install. Much cheaper than a $250 dollar service call, a long wait, and another $200 appointment to put it in.

Mixed Order Outcome: Oven Igniter Midwest Appliances
Pros: part well package, expedited shipping
Cons: 1/4 inch screws missing, oven igniter was not the exact original but included a metal lip which had to be bent in order to fit the oven bottom plate, wiring did not include protective high temperature sheathing, package did not include invoice receipt.
