I was just a little concerned that the replacement part might not fit. I was pleasantly surprised that it not only fit but was very easy to install. It fixed all my problems!! My refrigerator is even making ice which it hasn't for a long time before I had the water leaking problem. Very easy to install.
Fixed intermittent water dispenser easily, quickly, cheaply
Obviously, the right part, it works, is much less expensive than at any of the appliance parts websites, never mind brick and mortar stores. If you have a refrigerator with a through-the-door ice and water maker, and the water works intermittently -- sometimes fine, sometimes nothing -- it could well be this part. It was for me. Swapping it in and out takes 10 minutes at most -- there are videos online and on youtube that walk you through it, though its pretty obvious
